Descale-It Products Company was established in Tucson, Arizona over 20 years ago.
What is your primary product or service?
We manufacture, whole sale, retail and custom package 100 % biodegradable cleaning and descaling products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were looking for a save replacement for all those toxic chemicals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service and satisfied customers is our aim. We are still talking to our customers and we pick up phones. Our products are 100% biodegradable and independly tested by the Scientific Certification Systm to be Biodegradable and consumer friendly. In addition our products perform as promised.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is one location for production and many stores around the country to buy from. Our products are also availiable at www.descale-it.com
