Our newest location in Sahuarita, offers Wellness and Preventative Medicine, Routine Surgery, Laboratory Services, Dental Services, Grooming, and much more. Dr. Katie Arntzen along with Dr. Carla Bernal, are the veterinarians at Valley Animal Hospital's Sahuarita location and they are strong advocates for preventative veterinary medicine. They are honored to be assisting the community of Sahuarita and the surrounding areas with the care of their canine, feline, avian, reptile, and other small animal companions.
We also have a full service Pet Resort next door to our Tucson pet hospital. We can pamper your dog or cat with pet grooming or give them a safe place to stay while you are away. We are the largest privately owned veterinary hospital in Tucson. We have 13 doctors on staff. We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for General Practice hours and fully staffed 24/7/365 for all emergencies. We see dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small mammals, and small ruminants. We are the veterinarian for the Reid Park Zoo and Tucson Police department along with the majority of service dogs in southern Arizona.
